Project Saber is a Human Resource tech solution tool that helps an organization transform its culture. With our concept "Accessible and Understandable", we are creating an internal communication tool that will bring all communication channels into Saber and able to reach out to their employees individually.
Following a goal-directed design process for this project, we rounded out some key questions that would later help drive out the process further. This was the first step when listing put our initial assumption about our users and the product.
Within the organization, what is the pain point during cultural transformation that Saber able to solve their problem and create our value proposition?
How do our participants communicate internally? what is the method, media, channel, and strategy?
Behavior, personality, attitude, and perception of our potential users in each roles (C-Level, Manager, HR, Change Agent, Individual Contributors)
Which common features will be necessary for the MVP?
We conducted an interview with our participants about the overall issues during culture change in the organization
Participants: 54 participants, 18 organizations, 5 roles

Methodology: Approximately 1 hour per participant, Bkk Thailand, remotely.
We also use the survey as one of our research tools to access data in numerical terms and "Internal Communication" is the number one pain point in every organization
